Lady Taverners U13 Girls
There were four Secondary schools taking part in the Penwith U13 girls festival, Cape Cornwall, Hayle, Mounts Bay and Humphry Davy. In all 35 girls playing indoor cricket, which is excellent for womens and girls development.
There was some excellent play, with a lot of talented girls playing cricket. They will need to progress into club cricket at Penzance CC or St Just CC who are offering girls under 13s club cricket.
The result was;
1st Cape Cornwall School
2nd Mounts Bay Academy
3rd Hayle School
4th Humphry Davy
The next round will be on the 14th January at Camborne Science and Community College starting at 1:00pm.

Toby May & Luke Brenton both hit centuries for Callington School against Shebbear College in the English Schools National Cricket Cup First Round. South West National Under 15 Club Championship Finals Day at Weston-super-mare.
St Breock Primary School beat St Hilary Primary in the ESCA under 11 Hardball Competition.
Great news for junior representative cricket, as the District Trophy got underway last weekend, with a fine win for Duchy U13s over their Kernow counterparts.
