Bradleys sponsor Vinter Cup
Bradley’s Estate Agents have renewed their association with the Cornwall Cricket League’s T20 Vinter Cup competition. They will sponsor the 2016 tournament, having originally supported it a decade ago. The final, at Camborne Cricket Club, is an annual highlight in the Cornish cricket calendar, having been first played in 1934. Sian Wood, Manager of the Camborne office of Bradleys, which has numerous branches across the south west including 10 in Cornwall, said “ We are delighted to be back sponsoring this fantastic competition, another way of supporting our local community and in this instance hopefully providing a bit of fun for everyone along the way too. We are already looking forward to the final in July and wish all the teams luck in their pursuit of getting there.”
The draw for the first round has been made and is as follows: Mon 9 May: Falmouth II v Mt Ambrose, Mullion v Hayle, Praze v Beacon, St Gluvias II v Stithians. Wed 11 May – Camborne II v Perranporth, St Just II v Paul, Troon v Perranarworthal. The Premier League teams - Falmouth, Helston, Redruth, holders St Just & Truro plus Camborne, Ludgvan & St Gluvias enter at the second round stage.
