Falmouth made a modest 115 for eight thanks to opener Kieran Rodda, who was last out for 51.
Their hopes suffered a big blow when Justin Stephens removed county men Christian Purchase and Antony Angove in successive balls in the eighth over.
With Purchase and Jordan Thomas bowling tight spells St Just were only 41 for 3 at the halfway stage.
They still needed 24 off the last three overs and six off the last but man of the match Gavin Edwards guided them home with a fine 68 not out.
Glyn Furnival only conceded 16 runs in his four overs.
