Key Points
68 of 71 clubs in attendance (one late apology due to travel problems)
13 of 23 proposals were passed
Premier League - Bowler Restrictions cut from 30% to 20% per innings
(16 overs to 11 overs max in a full 55 over innings)
Division 2 – New ball for each innings and a higher standard ball to be used
Division 2 – Overs per innings increased from 48 to 50 and
bowler restrictions reduced from 25% to 20% (12 to 10 overs)
Divisions 3 & 4 - a higher standard ball to be used
Divisions 2 - 4 - to use same wide rule as the Higher Tier
Divisions 5 & 6 – Overs per bowler increased from 20% to 25% (10 overs instead of 8)
Teams conceding on 5 occasions in a season will be withdrawn and all previous fixtures cancelled
Tea Interval – to be no longer than 30 minutes

Following Menheniot Looe’s reinstatement to County Division 1 earlier this week all the East Divisions for 2015 have now been confirmed. In alI the fixtures for 107 of the 153 teams have changed.
