St Austell Brewery Sponsorship
St Austell Brewery is supporting Cornwall’s talented cricketers this summer as part of a new cricket stump sponsorship with the Brewery’s flagship ale Tribute and Cornwall Cricket Board.
Tribute is now the official beer of Cornwall Cricket.
The famous Tribute branding will be on the stumps of adult cricket clubs across the county this season while the sponsorship fee will be distributed amongst the clubs who sign-up to help them with their running costs.
This is fantastic support for adult cricket in Cornwall.

The initiative is part of a new agreement between the two organisations which sees Tribute become the official beer of Cornwall Cricket.
The famous Tribute branding will be on the stumps of adult cricket clubs across the county this season while the sponsorship fee will be distributed amongst the clubs who sign-up to help them with their running costs.
Each month St Austell Brewery will also give a case if its award winning Cornish pale ale to the player with the most wickets achieved through clean bowling a batsman.
Joe Skinner, Cricket Development Manager for Cornwall Cricket, said: “Through this agreement Cornwall Cricket is now able to provide our community cricket clubs with some much needed financial support for the first time. We are proud to be playing such a key role in sustaining the health of the game in the county. I hope as many clubs as possible get involved.”
Marc Bishop, Trade Marketing Manager for St Austell Brewery, said: “We’re looking forward to clubs taking part in this initiative and seeing our Tribute branding on stumps across the county. St Austell Brewery has a long history of supporting grassroots sport in the region, this is a great opportunity for local clubs to access some funding to help with the costs of running a club. As a family business, we have always looked to support local sport which play such a key role in bringing communities together.”
In 2013 Tribute became the main title sponsor of Somerset County Cricket and appears on shirts in all forms of the game. In addition Tribute is sponsor of Gloucestershire County Cricket team and shirt sponsor of the Gloucestershire T20 team.
St Austell Brewery also supports grassroots rugby in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset as the Official Beer of South West Rugby, sponsoring 14 different leagues and many local teams. Tribute is the main shirt sponsor of Cornwall County Rugby, plus sponsor of the prestigious Cornwall Cup.
