Cornwall League Rules Proposals


The 72 Jolly's Drinks Cornwall Cricket League clubs have cast their ballots on rule change proposals for 2014.

A total of 42 proposals have been submitted either by clubs or from the Higher, East and West September Tier Meetings which were held at Truro, Liskeard and Camborne.

Proposals that receive 40% or more of votes cast will go forward to the Annual General Meeting Agenda in January.

Results of Club October Rules Ballot Voting.

Clubs were allocated either 1 vote (one team) or 2 votes (2 or more teams)  for proposals 19-40. For all other proposals clubs were allocated one vote per team playing in each of the relevant tiers.

 

37 of the 42 proposals received 40% or more of votes actually cast (abstentions were excluded).

6 proposals received between 40% and 50%.

31 proposals received 50% or more of which 20 got 60% +, 12 got 80% + and 5 got 90% +

 

5 No proposals were numbers 6, 12, 24, 25 and 26
