New 5 Tier structure adopted.
- Premier Clubs vote in 50/50 win/lose at 1pm. Bowlers max 20%
- Premier 50/50 Cup semi-finals abolished
- Tier 1 (C1/Div 2) agree 1pms starts. Bowlers max 25%
- Tier 2 (Divs 3 & 4) agree 45 over games at 1.30pm. Bowlers max 25%
- Tier 3 (Divs 5 & 6) remain 40 overs at 2.00pm. Bowlers max 25%
- Division 5 to remain 2 sections of 12 teams.
- Div 5 games may be mutually agreed for Sundays
