St Just were crowned Jolly’s Drinks ECB Cornwall Premier League Champions to make it a treble after winning the Vinter and Edwards Cups.  On a tense afternoon at Falmouth they knew at tea that victory by any margin would be enough, after Truro dropped a bowling bonus point. Falmouth had been dismissed for 128 after being put in. Jordan Thomas made 22. Harry Medhurst took three for 21. St Just were lacking regulars Gareth May and Neil Curnow due to a wedding. Gary Thomas (work) and Callum Donnelly (university) were also absent. When Daniel Mitchell and Jim McKenna had disappeared with nine on the board there was plenty to do. Justin Stephens (23) and Medhurst (26) steadied the ship. Mark George (32no) and Josh Semmens (22no) added a match winning 33 for the sixth wicket with Semmens ending the match with two sixes.

Falmouth – Falmouth 128 (J Thomas 22, C Whittaker 20; H Medhurst 3-21, M Harvey 2-23), St Just 130-5 (M George 32no, H Medhurst 26, J Stephens 23, J Semmens 22no; S Bhari 3-26). St Just (20 points) beat Falmouth (four) by five wickets to win the title.

Truro missed out on the title, but in any event failed to win at Grampound Road. In an exciting finish they lost by just one run.

The Road made 209 for nine and Truro replied with 208 for eight, with a run out off the last ball.

 Grampound Road - Grampound Road 209-9 (L Sanders 50, J Sharpe 27, A May 25, A Ridd 24; R Spall 2-29, T Sharp 2-43, K Snell 2-62), Truro 208-8 (T Sharp 55, S Harvey 32, C Miles 28, A Noott 24; F Botha 3-43). Grampound Road (19 points) beat Truro (nine) by one run.

Penzance finished third after beating Redruth by five wickets.

Redruth made 157 all out and Penzance hit 158 for five.

In a match reduced to 40 overs Helston beat St Austell by 76 runs to guarantee fourth place.

They made 181 for seven and bowled St Austell out for 105.

Newquay ended the season without a win as they went down to a seven wicket defeat at Werrington.

Newquay collapsed from 100 without loss to 131 all out with Ben Smeeth taking 6 for 25.

Mark Gribble then made 91 as Werrington reached 132 for three.

In County Divison 1 there was nothing at stake on the final day with champions Hayle receiving the trophy at Camborne.

Wadebridge 277 for 8 beat Beacon 173 all out

Callington 171 all out beat Roche 85 all out

Rosudgeon 198 all out beat St Minver 133 all out

Werrington Seconds 148 all out beat St Gluvias 83 all out
