St Just have a 12 point lead at the top of the Jolly’s Drinks ECB Cornwall Premier League after they beat St Austell at Cape Road by six wickets.
St Austell made 209 for 8.with Mike Bone making 52
St Just replied with 211 for 4 with Justin Stephens, following up his three wickets for 32 runs, top scoring with 79 not out. Gavin Edwards (45no) shared an unbeaten stand of 99.
Truro are in second spot after crushing Falmouth by ten wickets.
Falmouth were all out for 98 with with Richard Spall, Tom Sharp and Ben Tumilty taking three wickets each.
Truro reached their target with ten wickets and 18 overs to spare. Scott Harvey (37*) and Adrian Noott (38*) got the runs in 31.4 overs.
Penzance lost ground at the top with a 49 run defeat at Werrington.
In a 47 over game Werrington were restricted to 154 for 9 with Greg Smith taking 5 for 24. Mark Gribble made 44. Penzance could only make 104 all out with Ayavuya Myoli picking up 5 for 22. Chad fortune made 34 after they had been 61 for 8.
Grampound Road enjoyed a 125 run home win over Redruth.
The Road made 212 for 9 with Chris Roberts hitting 80.
Redruth were bowled out for 87. Lewis Sanders took 4 for 43.
Helston defeated Newquay by six wickets after Newquay were bowled out for 105.
Helston responded with 106 for four.
In County Division 1 St Minver’s lead has been cut to just five points following a narrow four run defeat at Gorran.
They play second placed Camborne next week.

Wadebridge 175 all out lost to Callington 177 for 7
Werrington 61 all out lost to Ludgvan 65 for no wicket
Roche 174 for 7 lost to Rosudgeon 177 for 7
Beacon 201 for 9 lost to Hayle 203 for 5
